Logistics Coordinator | Viral Retail Scaleup | London / Hybrid
Harmonic is thrilled to exclusively collaborate with one of London's most innovative ecommerce brands in their search for a Logistics Coordinator. Despite being relatively new to the scene, our client is swiftly establishing themselves through viral TikTok and influencer market strategies.
The brand initial operated a D2C (ecommerce) model focusing on using influencer marketing (TikTok / Instagram) to build a huge ecommerce presence which has seen revenues across their entities grow to c.£10m in only a few years. Whilst much of this growth has come from the UK market, they have also managed to secure major retail listings in the US market with Walmart and Target just to name a couple. With revenue increasing on a monthly basis, our client is now building out their retail offering to support the next phase of growth.
This role is tailored for candidates who enjoy working with significant autonomy, who are passionate about the dynamism working in an SME, characterized by rapid evolution and growth.
The Role:
This role is an exciting opportunity to come into a rapidly scaling business reporting into the Head of Operations. The role will allow the logistics coordinator to have lots of exposure to the running of a startup business and allow them to grow.
The Duties:
• Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to track shipments and resolve any issues.
• Work with key clients and stakeholders and ensure smooth deliveries and orders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies related to transportation, warehousing, and safety.
• Understand customer packaging and labelling requirements.
• Work with the Head of Operations on an ad hoc basis.
What our client would like to see (Essential Experience):
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations or supply chain role.
• Fast Growth startup experience.
• FMCG product experience.
• Experience with exports/customs.
• Strong relationship management skills.
What our client would like to see (Non-Essential Experience):
• Working USA retailers.
• Experience working for a games company.
·Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
