Loom Talent Limited have been exclusively appointed by a rapidly growing, well-known, in-house retailer in the Loughborough area, now in search for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager.

Our client operates in the materials space for multiple prestigious clients, they are committed to maintaining the highest standards of service, safety, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Health & Safety: Uphold rigorous health and safety standards, fostering a culture of safety awareness throughout the warehouse and distribution arm of the business.
  • Performance Metrics: Continue to evolve the organisational approach to KPI’s, whilst ensuring existing and new site standardisation.
  • WMS & ERP Expertise: Utilise your experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Business Systems to drive operational efficiency. Familiarity with WMS & ERP implementations is a definite plus.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the seamless flow of goods from the warehouse to the end customer.

Key Candidate Requirements:

  • Have a Logistics Distribution & Supply Chain background – Essential.
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience at a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Shift Manager / Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager or Logistics Manager level – Essential.
  • Have managed teams beyond 10+ employees through managerial reports – Essential.
  • A working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems – Advantageous.
  • Exceptional people management and leadership skills – Essential.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities – Essential.
  • Commutable to Loughborough – Essential.

Salary & Benefits Package:

  • Salary – £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE).
