MarTech Manager role in a top global law firm, as they go through a period of strategic change. London with hybrid working. 12 month FTC, with a high chance of extension.
This firm is looking for an experienced CRM / MarTech Manager to join their global Marketing Insights and Automation team, ahead of their new project to implement a new CRM platform. This role will be heavily involved in the project, steering it from a UK and Europe perspective. As well as supporting the day to day management of the CRM and wider marketing platforms.
The role is an initial 12 month FTC, whilst they roll out the new CRM, but has a high chance of extension or going permanent.
The role will be responsible for:
- Leading the CRM project in Europe, including working with Data Specialists on the data migration and leading the change management; Maintaining the existing CRM, including the management of data cleansing, and leading on updates and integration; Ensuring the best use of email marketing systems, driving automation where possible; Carrying out data analytics of systems and reporting on team activity; Leading the team in London, including the support of two Marketing Administrators;
The role would suit a CRM Manager looking for a broader MarTech role. Useful software experience includes: PowerBI, InterAction, Vuture, Google Analytics, Ceros, Soundcloud, SEO.
