The Opportunity:

• Associate or Senior Associate position
• Part of a top-ranked national team (Legal 500 and Chambers)
• Work with some of the UK’s largest landowners
• Pioneer in Biodiversity Net Gain, Nutrient Neutrality, and Natural Capital

What You’ll Do:

• Handle high-value farm sales and purchases
• Manage landed estates and portfolios
• Advise on business structures and estate planning
• Work on strategic land and renewable energy projects
• Collaborate with specialist agricultural lenders

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years PQE in rural property (mixed property experience considered)
• Passion for the agricultural industry
• Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills
• Ambition to develop your career and mentor junior staff
