Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role – Recruitment Officer

Schedule – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM London Time, Monday to Friday

Scope

• 35+ hours/week
• Potential for occasional weekend work if required
• Focus on recruiting for the client’s specific industry needs

Responsibilities

• Conduct recruitment calls with English-speaking candidates
• Perform administrative tasks using Hubspot and other recruitment tools
• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes
• Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals

Requirements

• Experience with Hubspot is ideal but must know recruitment software
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Adaptability to learn new recruitment tools quickly
