We have a fantastic opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career to join a leading, established Building Services MEP consultancy in their Plymouth HQ as a Bid & Marketing Coordinator. We are looking to speak to anyone who is either looking for a trainee position, a recent graduate, or someone with a couple of years of experience.

The Role
- Facilitate the bidding process, efficiently managing eProcurement portal systems and acting as Bid Coordinator for live opportunities.
- Format and develop bid response documents, creating branded CVs, project sheets, and capability statements for bids.
- Support monthly sales & bidding activity reporting.
- Collaborate with business development and social value leads to deliver the marketing plan.
- Lead internal communications via email, meetings, posters, etc.
- Support award nominations and bid submissions.
- Update the company website, social media, and support the creation of new brand work and content.
Who You’ll Be
- Motivated to grow into the role and develop it, confident completing independent tasks, and enjoy working as a team to meet deadlines.
- Open to candidates who are either new to this sort of role or have a couple of years of experience.
- Strong written communication skills with great attention to detail.
- Confident using MS Office packages, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Good at relationship building.
- Process-driven.
- Flexible to work outside of normal hours to support marketing activities and events on occasion.
- Driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the South West.
