Person Specification – Geography Teacher
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification in the UK, including QTS (or an appropriate overseas qualification leading to obtaining QTS).
- Experience teaching a range of syllabus on the National Curriculum is an advantage.
- Experience working in a high achieving secondary comprehensive school and ability to differentiate lessons.
- Confidence in planning, preparing and delivering lessons for high ability pupils at GCSE.
- Good behaviour management skills and ability to relate to students.
- A good team player with a can-do attitude and sense of humour.
- Ambitious and driven.
