On behalf of Network Rail, we are looking for a Training Administrator Inside IR35 for a 12 month contract based Hybrid working (2 days per week in Milton Keynes and remaining WFH).

The main duties and responsibilities of the Training Administrator would be to:

  • Be responsible towards processing and managing all aspects of periodic training demand for all customers within Routes and National Functions.
  • Actively monitor and report upon periodic training demand with internal processes, stakeholders, and customer groups.
  • Actively triage and manage the generic inbox to respond/resolve generic enquires within the agreed SLAs.
  • Investigate upon data and provide reports on a periodic basis to Professional Development & Customer Consultants and management (on need basis).
  • Support the Professional Development & Customer Consultant in building relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with colleagues across L&OD teams to provide customers with expected levels of assurance and governance around demand management.
  • Assist with the business planning process by being responsible for data entry across systems.

Essential:

  • Strong previous Administration experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft 365 suite, especially Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong data-analytical skills.
  • Strong customer focus.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of using Network Rail systems such as Oracle and Cygnum.
  • Experience of reporting data.
  • Knowledge of Learning, Personal and Organisational Development.
  • Knowledge of Operating railway.
