Quality Manager
Cheshire
c£35-40k
The company:
They’re a well-established business. This site has c200 people, so it’s not a huge place. It’s the kind of place you’ll know everyone. Everyone chips in. They’re genuinely a lovely team.
They deal with B2B – so no retailers looking over your shoulder every 2 minutes – dreamy!
The role:
Speaking of a lovely team – you’ll have a couple of QA/QC’s reporting into you, so you’ll have hands on support for quality issues.
If you need me to tell you what a Quality Manager within Food Manufacturing does, you’re probably not right for the role.
You know what a Quality Manager does. You’re either doing it, waiting for an opening to step in and do it, OR you’ve done it before and gone on to be a Technical Manager and are now thinking, “Jesus, remember when I was doing that… those were the days…”.
It’s Monday – Friday (!), office hours (!!) AND there’s an early finish on a Friday (!!!).
Lizzie was wrong, THIS is what dreams are made of!
You:
You’ve worked in Quality and have experience managing/team leading.
You’ve worked in a food manufacturing environment.
You’re confident, hardworking, a strong communicator, and want to work in an environment that wants to see you thrive!
