The job:
Taking calls from families on the Helpline needing Adoption Support in a pressurised settingResponding to enquiries, urgent requestsSupporting a team of Social WorkersProvide a first point of contact for the children, families and adopters supported by designated teams, identifying needs and providing appropriate support and adviceProvide key administrative support across designated teams that ensures timely and appropriate interventions with children and their familiesThe candidate:
