As the Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Education Managing Director and their Senior Leadership Team.
This role will involve a range of tasks including diary management, meeting coordination, report writing, minute taking, and communication activities.
Job Description
As Executive Assistant, you will also be responsible for updating and maintaining important documentation and handling ad hoc projects and requests as they arise.
You will ensure the smooth execution of tasks that follow a daily, weekly, monthly, or annual cycle, taking ownership of planning and delivering on each responsibility.
This will involve working closely with senior leaders, coordinating key activities, and managing communications across the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support around diary management, travel requests and bookings, expense management, annual leave tracking, room booking and meeting coordination
- Planning, communication and active management of monthly newsletters, townhalls client meetings and ad-hoc events
- Coordinating central ISS initiatives such as the annual employee survey, reward and recognition incentives etc.
- Compiling agendas/monthly reports/slide deck consolidation for meetings and other ad-hoc report requests
- Taking minutes in meetings and producing action plans
- Creating and updating required files and documentation
- Website administration (creating and updating content) on two key platforms; Education Sharepoint page and Feeding Hungry Minds website
- Ensuring the timely administration of reporting, updating of records (inc. training) and filing
- Creating and maintaining organisation charts and processing change forms for various systems when required
- Timely system administration e.g. learning management system, appraisal system, account online file sharing platforms etc
About You
- Previous demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Excellent organistional skills – with the ability to self-manage workload under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
- Detail orientated and deadline driven
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Comfortable dealing with stakeholder at all levels
- Strong awareness of GDPR and Data privacy requirements
- GCSEs or equivalent
