Job Description
Shelley Capital Management seeks a new hire to assist in the development of its operations and strategy areas across its business. Shelley Capital Management has 3 main divisions – Secured Property Lending, Investment Reporting for Family Offices and Property Development & Management. The new hire will report to the Director in charge of Operations/Strategy. The role will suit a new graduate or someone who has been working for 1-2 years who is seeking to join a growing and entrepreneurial business. The candidate will have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude; be a free-thinker, open to solve problems, identify efficiencies and be a good communicator.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing current internal processes to identify efficiencies across the business
- creating internal process documents to ensure a robust control environment across the business
- Preparing monthly and quarterly service level reports for senior management
- Assisting with delivering new growth strategies
- Assisting with developing and expanding current marketing strategies
- Assisting with the management of new client onboarding
- Assisting with the development of client engagement
- Assisting with new projects covering finance, reporting and social media channel development
Salary: £30-35,000 plus pension & bonus (depending on experience)
