Construction Project Manager

Job Description

V7 are working with a national client who specialise in construction of luxury care homes.

The project is based in East Ridings.

The project will be a temporary contract role.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Background managing care homes or similar
• Experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
• Driven and motivated attitude.
• Strong organisation skills.

Duties include:

• Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for Site Managers.
• Holding progress meetings with the client.
• Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.
• Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities advising Directors of their performance.
• Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
• Supporting Site Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
