Team Manager – Adult Social Care
£325-375 per day
Inside IR35
3 months initially

This busy local authority requires additional support within their Adult Mental Health team. You will be part of a well-established service with exciting plans for the next few years. You will report to the Service Manager and carry out the duties below.
Your role as Team Manager
- Management and oversight of multidisciplinary team of social care professionals within the Mental Health team
- Overseeing the services that operate within the Local Authority
- Cost efficient creation of packages of care
- Provide effective management oversight of the service, acting as an SME and a point of support to junior managers.
- Performance management of the team
About you as a Team Manager:
You will be experienced managing a team within adult social care
Good understanding of the Care Act and MCA
AMHP, Social worker or Occupational Therapist background
You will be willing and able to provide a site presence on a weekly basis
