Reporting to: Cargo Billing Manager, UK & Ireland
The Cargo Resolution Clerk will resolve invoicing queries and identify root causes to prevent repetitive errors and increase billing accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve customer queries in an efficient manner.
- Raise credits following review and update internal financial systems.
- Develop effective working relationships with Swissport departments including Commercial, Credit Control, Head Office Finance, Operations, etc.
- Develop working relationships with Swissport’s customers.
- Identify trends with queries to implement changes to prevent re-occurrence.
- Ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade A-C including English and Maths (or equivalent).
- In-depth knowledge of billing principles, concepts, and understanding billing processes.
- Excellent oral and written communications.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Computer literate (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the cargo business desirable.
