Operations & Logistics Assistant – Luxury Jewellery brand

We have partnered with a luxury jewellery brand who requires an operations and logistics assistant who will develop and progress with the brand.

A highly organised and proactive assistant is required with shows initiative and aswell as strong excel and Microsoft skills had excellent attention to details.

This exceptional role supports all areas across head Office, aswell as being the right hand to the Sales & Commercial Manager.

Key Requirements:

• Formatting linesheets and producing presentations, shipping orders for wholesale.
• Collating and distributing brand assets for retail partners.
• Product detailed technical specs and product information sheets
• Monitor partner websites to ensure correct information is displayed.
• Proactively maintain communication and brand partnership awareness
• Resize & upload new products to Shopify.
• Monitor and amend the website.
• Competitor analysis
• Monitor pricing is aligned across different currencies.
• Liaising with the customers with order updates.
• Support on UK based trunk shows.
• Managing studio appointments calendar
• Management of logistics around stock cataloguing – photography and video
• General stock management Assist Communications Manager
• Updating content strategy with metrics and data
• Monitor Instagram
• Collate info for press queries.
• Support in the creation of marketing assets and imagery library
• Booking couriers, and arranging shipping UK & international
• Manage critical paths for all new product development and launches.
• Coordinating the showroom
• Managing stock levels of packaging and office supplies

Key Requirements;

• Experience of working in accessories or jewellery an advantage but not a necessity
• Strong excel and administration skills
• Experience of working with a head office
• Proactive mentality
• Highly organised and efficient
• Excellent communication skills
