Role Overview:

As the Head of CFO Recruitment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing this new strategic service line. Your primary objective will be to establish and expand this team into one of the most profitable functions within the company. With a proven international track record in the industry, you will have the opportunity to leverage and elevate the presence of the company within the finance recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of strategies to grow the CFO recruitment division.

Manage and expand a team of high-performing recruiters.
