Salary: £46,000

Peaple Talent have partnered with non for profit organisation who are are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy business improvements.

The Role:

• Gather and define business requirements, write user stories, and conduct MoSCoW prioritisation
• Support change management and promote organisational strategy
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy business improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and system optimisation using Agile methodologies

The Candidate:

• Experience in Agile SDLC, process improvement, and requirements gathering
• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and DevOps
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

The Package:

Base salary: £46,000
