IT Support Engineer – 3 days work from home, 2 days in office

Our client, a leading IT Solutions provider with a strong UK and European presence, is looking for a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their team. This position requires a proactive, hands-on professional who combines technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge with operating systems and networking technologies, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Azure, Hyper-V, and VMware
- Strong experience in 2nd and 3rd Line Support, capable of resolving advanced technical issues and supporting escalated cases that require in-depth troubleshooting and analysis
- Strong telephony, communication, active listening, and customer care skills, along with the ability to empathise with clients and build rapport
- Skilled in gathering technical information, troubleshooting, and conducting technical discovery
- Experience with user and domain administration, as well as networking maintenance
- Familiarity with Autodesk software used in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Manufacturing (2D/3D) environments is advantageous
- Quick to learn new technologies, capable of handling multiple tasks, and able to adapt swiftly to changing demands
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
