Job summary and salary
We are looking to expand our consultant team and are actively hiring for an Account Manager to join and support us with our growing client portfolio. We will work with you to grow and nurture your professional development, within a supportive and experienced environment to ensure you gain the skills to a long and successful career in healthcare comms.
This is a paid position, salary £38,000-£45,000 pro rata per year with an initial 3-month probation period. Salary dependent on experience.

What you’ll do
· Working alongside Account Directors and Directors to manage the team in delivering excellent client service and project management end to end
· Responsible for developing and managing project timelines and budgets and overseeing project delivery across multiple accounts and workstreams
· Liaising with clients during regular calls (virtual and face-to-face) and over email in a timely manner to provide project updates and recommendations
· Guiding the Account Executives and interns on their project deliverables, managing both your own time and theirs
· Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills to manage a spectrum of relationships, from clients to suppliers, journalists to patient groups, key opinion leaders to influencers, etc.
· Developing and editing a variety of content, seamlessly adapting to different audiences and channels, both for client business and Intent Health marketing/social media channels
· Taking an active part in new business activity – creative brainstorms, pitch research, proposal writing, pitch presentations
· Implementing monitoring and measurement of key campaigns and projects; reviewing raw data and synthesising the ‘so what’
· Monitoring media and social media channels and working with the team to provide insight and analysis for clients
· Events and logistics management, with an ability to teach these core skills to others
· Undertaking any administrative tasks, as needed
