Car Documents Administrator

Lutterworth

£17,940 per annum

30-hour contract

6-hour shifts: 09:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday

Permanent position from day one

As a Car Documents Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all vehicle documents are complete and accurately uploaded into the system. Your attention to detail will help speed up the sales process, ensuring vehicles are ready for sale quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities:

* Ensure all vehicle documents are present and correct for each vehicle.

* Scan vehicle documents into the system accurately.

* Create a document folder for each vehicle.

* Place the document folder in the corresponding vehicle.

* Carry out additional administrative tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Motivation to work independently and as part of a team.

* Capability to work under pressure.

* A team-oriented mindset.

* Experience in the motor trade is not essential.
