You will have a demonstrable background in a safety critical/high security/high quality industrial environment. Oversee and update assigned support service requests.Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server managementGrow clients and communicate to Account Manager by determining new opportunities.Providing the break fix support for Desktop, laptops and other componentsSetup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connectionsInstall and test desktop software applications and internet browsers.Test computers to ensure proper functioning of computer systems.Support the mobile devices for registering in BES or Intune environment.Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.Develop and manage effective professional working relationships with contractor personnel, co-workers and clients.Adhere to policies as per corporate manuals and directives.Extend computer support for systems software and hardware.Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.Network and connect computers within organization to better communication.Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.Level 2 support experience in troubleshooting and fixing Audio Video equipment onsitePrior experience in Desktop support and executive support .Excellent knowledge on computer hardware .Basic knowledge on network managementSound Knowledge on Software deployment through various toolsSound knowledge on Application packaging, deployment and troubleshooting. .Possess strong experience in handling issues in Windows OSParticipate when needed, the project meetings with the customerExperience in troubleshooting and fixing audio video equipmentOur competitive salary packages feature pension, health care, life assurance, laptop, phone, access to extensive training resources and discounts within the larger Tata network.
