How does working for a collaborative, team sound?
As a Credit Control Administrator, your priority will be not only to recover outstanding debts but to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams. You’ll be supporting multiple lines of business handling persistent debtors, ensuring each case is handled promptly.
Working as part of a small finance team and closely with the existing Credit Controller, you’ll take ownership of tasks such as chasing debt, processing refunds, managing Direct Debit and CPA collections, and handling the credit control inbox. You’ll also be responsible for creating and allocating payments, raising credit notes, and tracking their status to keep records accurate and up to date.
You’re a strong communicator, and you thrive in a structured environment where managing a busy workload is key while still allowing flexibility.
In return, you’ll receive an annual salary of £26-28K (depending on experience), 25 days annual leave + BH’s and wellbeing days, enhanced pension scheme, and fully remote/flexible working.
