Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Multi Drop Drivers to join a reputable client in Sheffield. You will join the company as a self-employed driver and be part of a dynamic team, ensuring parcels are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
Delivering parcels to multiple locations across Sheffield and surrounding areas, ensuring each package reaches the correct recipient.Loading and unloading parcels safely and ensuring they are handled with careUsing GPS and tracking systems to record deliveries and update statuses.Operating the delivery vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and safety regulationsEngaging with customers professionally during deliveries
As a Delivery Driver, our client offers:
Competitive pay: up to £150 per dayVans are provided at no costAll fuel cost is covered by us, fuel cards providedWeekly PayPre-planned delivery routes between 8 and 9 hours (arrive at station, load and go within 15 minutes)Additional performance incentives and reward scheme in place – earn up to an extra £27/dayFlexible schedule – work 1-6 days available per week, including weekends (you can choose your own days)Full-time / part-time hours availableUniform provided free of chargePaid trainingAdditional seasonal incentivesSupport from a professional accountancy company (invoices, registering for an UTR, VAT etc.)These roles are on a self-employed basis
What are we looking for?
No experience requiredYou will need a UK or EU Driving LicenceFull manual driving license (held for at least 1 years, with no more than 6 penalty points).Must be 21+ for insurance purposesPrevious driving experience desirableHard-working, motivated, and great at working in a fast-paced environmentA good understanding of the local area would be an advantagePass a DBS check and drugs/alcohol test (covered by the company).
