Job Title: Senior Social Media Account Manager (Organic & Paid)

Salary: £45K – £50K

Location: London

Hybrid Position

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Account Director to lead 4-5 accounts, including one of the world’s largest brands. You’ll manage both organic and paid social media campaigns with a strong focus on strategy, creativity, data-driven insights, and client growth. This role offers the chance to lead impactful campaigns across multiple social platforms. Please expect to have to role your sleeves up and get hands on with some campaign management!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee social media campaigns and strategies (both organic & paid) for major client accounts.
  • Manage large media budgets (6-figures) with a focus on cost-effective, high-impact campaigns.
  • Provide strategic insights, reporting, and optimization based on campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop content calendars that align with social trends.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage client communications at a senior level.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, ideally within an agency.
  • Experience in managing paid social campaigns
  • Expertise in managing large-scale social campaigns and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms, analytics, and campaign management tools.
  • Involvement in pitching
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
