About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Board EPM Product Owner for a leading tech firm as they expand their Board EPM Center of Excellence (COE). This is an exciting opportunity to drive the vision and strategy of their enterprise performance management products and make a significant impact within the organization.

Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to ensure the products meet the evolving needs of clients. Your expertise in enterprise performance management and your ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans will be crucial for the success of the growing COE practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
  • Gather and analyze product requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Facilitate product demos and training sessions to showcase new features and drive user adoption.
  • Measure product performance through key metrics and user feedback, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within enterprise performance management, ideally with Board EPM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of EPM methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
