Client:

My Client Is a tier 1 Contractor specialising in High-end Commercial Office buildings, Hotels and Residential Projects in Central London

Project Director Role:

As Project Director you will be the sole lead for a £230million Grad II Listed Cut & Carve Building of Commercial Offices.

You will be managing a team of several senior & Construction managers reporting into an Operations Manager.

Construction Lead responsibilities

• Managing the design, commercial and programme and drive the project forward.
• Take project teams and be able to keep on top of various parts in a fast paced project environment.
• Review constructability and identify methods of execution with commercial or program advantage where possible
• Communicate with BU MD/Regional Managers and advise the contract team of any potential legal, IR, safety, environmental, technical or construction items as required
