Role: Real Estate Finance Paralegal
Location: Central London
Salary: £30k-£35k
I am currently working with a client at medium sized, multi-service Legal 500 law firm based in Central London that is looking to hire a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their team. This role will consist of supporting a team of partners and lawyers, assisting in the process of high-value fast paced transactions with tight deadlines. This will be a fast-paced team providing high level of client care and are looking for someone who is wanting to progress their career.
The day to day tasks for this role will consist of file opening and on-boarding of clients including KYC and due diligence, liaising with solicitors, clients, and lenders, drafting documents, property searches, land registry liaison as well as pre and post completion including land registry and companies house and scheduling of title deeds.
This role is available as the firm are looking to gain an skilled member of support staff who will help assist the Real Estate Finance team as a whole and stay long-term. This is a good opportunity to work alongside experienced and highly trained Solicitors with high-net-worth clients. There is also the potential for a progression in the future.

Requirements
A degree from a UK University (2:1 and above).
At least one year working in conveyancing at a firm in England.
Experience using case management systems.
