As a Customer Experience Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Performing qualitative and quantitative research, creating dashboards and reporting back to senior leadership on the performance of key metrics
  • Brief, scope and create documentation on projects
  • Ensure end to end collaboration is seamless
  • General exploration and innovation – market research, what are competitors doing?

Your Skills And Experience

  • Experience with Google Analytics is needed
  • Experience with any data visualisation tool
  • Must have qualitative and quantitative research experience
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
