Job Description
Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a dynamic hub of innovation, consistently pushing the boundaries across land, sea, and air. We are looking for a Material Control & Kit Cutter to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To administrate and manage the material requirements for the Composite Laminating Department.
- Ensure all material is available and within life to complete jobs within the Composite Laminating department in reference to the given schedule.
- Support and work closely with the Clean Room lead technician to ensure the through put/flow of composite kits are met in accordance with the schedule.
- Control/manage the freezers and material stocks flagging any issues with quality and life of stock.
- Identify and solve any issues relating to C.O.C’s and material defects.
- Create a working partnership/relationship with the material procurement team and understand the shortfalls of any product prior to its planned need.
- Liaise on a weekly basis and provide a weekly report to composite buyer in reference to off-site stock.
- Control and manage logistics for composite raw materials
- To liaise with the Manufacturing team leader/Production Control when department capacity is reached to allow amendments to be made to the schedule.
- Attend weekly manufacturing meeting if required, and comment on any issues which may arise concerning material requirements.
- Ensure F1TS is imputed accurately and timely accounting for all working Hrs and shift
