HR Advisor

Nottingham (Hybrid, 2/3 days with some travel to sites across the UK)

£40-48k + Benefits

Eaton Syalon is delighted to support our client in recruiting a talented HR Advisor to join their team. Working closely with the HR Business Partnering team, this role will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of strategic and operational HR initiatives across our clients UK business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and employee performance cases.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies comply with legislation and support managers in applying them effectively.
  • Projects: Support to the HR business Partners on key business change projects
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment processes, conduct HR inductions, and improve retention through effective onboarding.
  • HR Administration: Manage the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate HR records, and produce key HR metrics for decision-making.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Reward and Benefits: Handle pay and benefits queries, support salary reviews, and communicate changes to reward packages.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive engagement through surveys, action plans, and well-being initiatives.
  • Compliance: Ensure GDPR compliance, maintain confidentiality, and support audits with accurate documentation.

Our client is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join them at a really exciting time for their businesses growth. We would love to talk to you if you have proven experience in a similar HR Advisor level role, particularly with strong evidence of managing ER Casework. You will need strong understanding of HR best practices and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation. Ideally you are qualified to CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it). Relationships and building proactive working relationships is key for our clients business so you will need exceptional interpersonal skills and an inquisitive nature
