Location: Remote (UK/Ireland)

Salary: £100K – £110K

Our international client is looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to join their platform team on a fully remote basis. This urgent role focuses on end-to-end platform deployment, customer engagement, and technical strategy.

About the Role:

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you’ll be responsible for the full deployment of the client’s Platform, the management of customer relations, and technical approach.

Required:

1. Technical Skills:

• 5+ years experience in public cloud settings, particularly with AWS and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Strong understanding of cloud/hybrid networking concepts
• 3+ years hands-on experience working with Kubernetes or similar platforms
• Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), particularly Terraform for automated deployments
• Application Architecture with a strong understanding of OS, databases, messaging queues, caching, etc.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts for varied audiences
• Proven experience managing customer relationships in technical consulting
• Outstanding organisational and technical project management skills, managing multiple projects effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years experience of working in customer-facing technical roles, with a good focus on cloud consulting and deployments

Ideal Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud security best practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
