The Role:
As a residential conveyancer, you’ll handle a broad range of tasks, including:
- Managing property transactions for buyers and sellers, including preparing and reviewing contracts, checking title deeds, and ensuring compliance with Land Registry requirements.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and providing legal advice throughout the process.
- Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Whether you’re qualified as a solicitor, CILEX, or just have significant experience managing conveyancing files, this role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career with a respected team.
