Financial Risk Manager

IGA Talen Solutions are supporting a leading Life insurer with a key hire within their actuarial Risk team. Our client is looking for a Financial Risk manager to work closely with the CRO to support risk activities across the team.

Key responsibilities include the likes below

• Play a leading role in advising on the financial risks of the company.
• Providing 2nd line review, challenge, and reporting on project, commercial, and strategic proposals including Bulk Purchase Annuity deals and acquisition activity.
• Develop, review and monitor financial risk appetites, limits and scenarios, including the design of stress and scenarios included in ORSA processes
• Produce and develop of the Company’s risk reporting, MI packs and other papers to Board and relevant Committees.
• Provide oversight and review of Matching Adjustment-related risks.

Our client is offering a flexible working pattern from their Home counties office which will be based on 3 days per week in the office and 2 days from home
