We are seeking an immediately available HR Advisor for a 6-month FTC in North Yorkshire. Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner, the successful candidate will act as the first point of call for absences as well as supporting managers with other employee relations activities, ensuring processes are followed and colleagues are supported.
This role requires a proactive approach to employee engagement, along with a customer-focused mindset. You’ll be essential in maintaining strong relationships with employees and managers alike, managing cases with empathy, professionalism, and integrity. We are looking to speak with candidates who have experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment who are available immediately.
This is a 6-month FTC, hybrid role (3 days per week in the office) based in North Yorkshire. Salary circa £30,000 per annum.
