We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Specialist to join a growing team in South Wales. This role is ideal for a highly skilled networking professional with a strong background in enterprise environments and extensive Cisco experience. As a Senior Network Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network systems, ensuring optimal performance and security across the infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level network infrastructure
• Design and deploy network solutions aligned with business needs
• Ensure network security and compliance standards are maintained
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in enterprise network environments
• Advanced Cisco knowledge and certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE preferred)
• Strong expertise in network design, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
