Harmonic is thrilled to partner with a dynamic, fast-growing leader in the quick service food sector. This innovative company, known for its fresh and exciting products and approach, is on the hunt for their first Social Media Lead to spearhead their online presence. Having launched a few years ago they have managed to scale organically but this hire represents a real opportunity to drive further outreach to new consumers across TikTok, Instagram (Threads), X (Twitter), YouTube and Facebook just to name a few.

Role:

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s social media vibe, strategy and direction.

Working directly with the co-founder and the Brand Manager, this is a very exciting role for someone who loves TikTok, Reels and looking to think of new innovative ways to get the companies ethos and product into the world.

There is an opportunity here to grow with an exciting brand and plans to grow out the team in the coming years with you at its head.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business results through strategic leadership of our social media channels to build brand awareness, develop communities and drive commercial results. Ownership of the long-term social roadmap and alignment of company goals
  • Working closely with our Senior Brand and Marketing Manager and Creative Director to integrate social content with overarching brand and product initiatives
  • Recognise and predict trends or changes in the social landscape, contextualising the impacts and seeking new opportunities for the brand. Oversee social intelligence and measurement. Working with the central social media listening, analytics, and reporting team, own the social program impact measurement, optimisation, and intelligence approach. Ensure campaigns are aligned to the business’s objectives and goals
  • Perform research + report on current trends and audience preferences. Reacting accordingly to the market and industry trends and ensuring reactive content is created and posted promptly
  • Building the company community through social media. Drive community engagement, build advocacy programmes, and coordinate influencer visits and events, as well as partnerships and initiatives that engage consumers with the brand
  • Monthly social media reporting and ROI analysis on social campaigns, determining the efficacy of campaigns
  • Collaborate with other teams to support brand initiatives where necessary – such as our quarterly seasonal menu changes
  • Supporting with PR, marketing and brand activations/events where necessary
  • Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope
  • Experience with Influencer marketing and management. Ability to tightly manage comms and leverage the existing network to seek optimal partnerships

What our client would like to see:

  • 3-5 years in social media work.
  • Experience working in hospitality or restaurants.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Capcut and Canva.
  • Experience in working within a fast-paced startup.

Salary: Up to £40k-£50k + Benefits
