Description
- Oversee the finance analytics team and ensure the provision of high-quality data analysis.
- Contribute to strategic decisions through insightful financial reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement within the finance team, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Work closely with senior management to understand and support their strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Profile
A successful Finance Analytics Manager should have:
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA.
- Proven experience in a similar finance role.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to accurately deal with huge datasets.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-finance colleagues.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package of between £60,200 – £65,800 per annum.
