A Finance Analytics Manager is needed to lead the finance team in a Housing Association, with a focus on contributing to strategic decision-making through insightful data analysis and reporting.

Description

• Oversee the finance analytics team and ensure the provision of high-quality data analysis.
• Contribute to strategic decisions through insightful financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement within the finance team, identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Work closely with senior management to understand and support their strategic objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Profile

A successful Finance Analytics Manager should have:

• Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIPFA, CIMA.
• Proven experience in a similar finance role.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to accurately deal with huge datasets.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-finance colleagues.

Job Offer

• An attractive salary package of between £60,200 – £65,800 per annum.
• A generous pension contribution of 15%.
