The Role
We are looking for an ambitious Amazon advertising professional to support our increasing portfolio of high profile clients. Reporting to the Senior Advertising Manager, you will lead the day to day strategy & optimisation of your clients’ advertising activity. You will collaborate with the Senior Marketplace Manager, Client lead & Advertising lead to define the strategy and be responsible for the running of paid advertising campaigns, as well as for reporting and client communication.
You will play a pivotal role in the full account lifecycle including project scope, client requirements, strategy, implementation, testing, and ongoing account management. An understanding of Amazon advertising trends is vital.
You will be an integral part of our advertising team, bringing new ideas and expertise that helps build our capability as we continue to grow. You will be working closely with our advertising, managed services, content & analytics teams in the UK, sharing ideas & collaborating to drive the best results. This role offers the opportunity to develop highly valuable skills whilst providing huge potential for broader personal progression into the management of more junior team members at the executive and assistant level.
Tasks

Responsibilities will include:
- Client communication and optimisation management for a key Tier 1 client based in Germany.
- Formation of strategy and setting KPI’s.
- Creation and optimisation of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns.
- Creation and optimisation of Amazon DSP activity (programmatic).
- Creation and delivery of performance reports to clients on a fortnightly basis, using our proprietary technology suite, Tambo Compass.
- Handle ad hoc communication with clients as it relates to their advertising activity.
- Analysing account performance and market behaviours to identify opportunities to grow your accounts.
- Use proprietary and 3rd party tools for research and analysis.
- Supporting other team members.
- Conducting training and develop appropriate documentation for clients and colleagues.
- Supporting wider business initiatives such as new business proposals and consultancy projects as required.
Requirements
Essential
- 1yr experience with Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads.
- Agency account management experience (or relevant in-house equivalent).
- Proven ability to grow brands via Amazon Advertising campaigns.
- Excellent level of competency in Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Sheets/Google Slides).
- Strong analytical skills.
- Confidence in communicating to both internal and external stakeholders/ clients up to the Director level.
- Demonstrable ability to think on your feet and make smart decisions.
- Planning, prioritisation and time-management skills.
Beneficial

- Ability to speak, read & write in Spanish/French/Italian.
