Payroll Administrator – Basingstoke
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (Dependant on your experience)
Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8am-5pm
Wednesday, 8am-1:30pm
Friday, 8am-2pm

The Role
Join a friendly team that processes payroll data for multiple branches, assisting with new starters and leavers, verifying statutory payments and handling payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll for approximately 1,500 employees across designated branches.Manage new starters, documentation, payslips, sickness and compliance with payroll regulations.Verify and adjust employee hours, apply statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.) and handle tax and bank detail updates.P45’s
Requirements:
Strong Payroll experience with knowledge of PAYE, NI, SSP and SMPExperience processing high volume payrollProficient in Microsoft packagesIf you are reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive and a self-starter apply today!
