In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the General Manager and assist other team members as needed.
- Manage appointments, correspondence, and written communications.
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for domestic and international trips.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Prepare expense reports for the executive team.
- Assist in running company and personal errands.
- Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers to meet office needs.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Implement and maintain efficient office policies and procedures.
- Work with the Health and Safety Manager to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Manage the office budget and track expenditures.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient with a can-do attitude.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, if required.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
