Graphic Designer
Sofa Club is the fastest-growing sofa brand in the UK, and our team is expanding! We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
Hybrid Role
Office in Hertford (SG13 7GX), 4 days in the office (Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri) + Wednesdays remote.

Purpose of Role
We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate our brand's visual identity and create compelling designs that resonate with our audience. Your mission will be to bring our brand to life across various platforms, ensuring consistency and creativity in every project. You’ll work closely with both the e-commerce team to design engaging web pages and web content, and the content team to produce striking graphics for a range of marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop visually striking graphics for a range of marketing materials including digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and print.
- Create and develop content for the website, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and enhances the user experience.
- Maintain and evolve Sofa Club’s visual brand identity.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to design engaging and user-friendly web pages.
- Work closely with the content team to produce creative assets that align with our brand strategy and marketing goals.
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, on-message, and delivered on time.
- Adapt and resize creative assets for various formats and channels.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Sofa Club remains visually innovative.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
Expectations:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience following brand guidelines.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience in web design, with a focus on e-commerce and conversion optimisation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for creativity and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
