Project Manager – Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a deep understanding of the energy sector? Do you have expertise in managing complex regulatory projects? A well-established B2B energy company is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the effective delivery of the Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) programme.
In this role, you will ensure seamless integration of new and existing data services such as BSC central services, Smart DCC, and service requests into the Data Integration Platform (DIP). You will also oversee DCC operations, manage the annual audit for SECAS CIO, and handle tasks previously managed by the Head of Regulation, including DCC Adapter integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MHHS programme: Lead and deliver the Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement project, ensuring its successful implementation and integration with third-party providers and key industry participants.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to meet project goals.
- Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions: Communicate and document system and procedural developments for MHHS.
- Oversee project documentation: Create and maintain project management documentation, policies, and timelines to ensure smooth delivery of all project artifacts.
- Lead audits: Oversee DCC operations and manage annual audits for SECAS CIO, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing complex projects in the energy or utilities sector.
- In-depth understanding of MHHS processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with DCC systems and adapter integration.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of risk compliance, information security, and the utilities industry.
- Experience conducting Smart CIO audits, preferably with SECAS CIO experience.
- Familiarity with ISO27001/27005 standards and Security Controls Framework (desirable).
