We are looking to recruit a Renewable Energy Plant Manager.

About the role: At Wyke Farms we are committed to sustainable energy solutions. Our facilities include an anaerobic digestion plant, a water reuse plant, and solar arrays. We are looking for a dedicated Renewable Energy Plant Manager to lead our team and ensure the efficient operation of this plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the anaerobic digestion plant, water reuse plant, and solar arrays.
  • Lead and manage a small team of operators.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyse plant performance data to optimise efficiency and output.
  • Develop and implementation of procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Renewable Energy Director to align plant operations with company goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or Interest in Renewable Energy, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
