Our vision is to “Pioneer fairer financial outcomes by empowering lenders to deliver and enabling savers to prosper” We are doing this by building a unique and highly scalable data driven multi-asset bank through a partnership of ecosystems, specialising in the delivery of forward flow partnerships and portfolio acquisitions from non-bank lenders, alongside our own brand deposits.

Purpose of Role

The role of Operations Analyst will be a key part of the Operations and Service Delivery, with responsibility for the building and improving our systems and processes. They will conduct research and analysis to come up with the solutions to business problems and introduce these systems to the business and our clients and create meaningful reporting to relevant committees

This role will report to Head of Operations & Service Delivery

Key Accountabilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Create and support the development of workstream or project plans
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define and document SilverRock process library including identification of risks and controls
  • Help to develop solutions in line with defined requirements
  • Provide data & analytical work to support different workstreams (Finance, IT & Operations)
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and reporting
  • Participate in onboarding and testing of processes and systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers for Third Party Management
  • Complete Financial Crime Processes

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services as an operations analyst
  • Be a great team player with excellent time problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Proven capability in documenting business requirements (Functional & non-functional requirements)
  • Proven capability in process design and mapping
  • A logical, analytical and structured thinker with good relationship management and influencing skills
  • Proven ability in analysing and presenting complex processes and data in a logical, structured and compelling manner
  • Very strong excel and PowerPoint skills

Key Qualifications

  • Commercial awareness in any of the following areas will be a plus: Prime/subprime loans, mortgages or saving accounts.
  • Understanding of project management techniques.
  • Working knowledge of process creation software.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Financial Crime Experience
  • Payments industry knowledge
