Fenestration / Glazing Project Manager

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (based on experience) + Company Pension

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years managing fenestration projects
• Technical knowledge of window/door installation (new build essential)
• Knowledge of fenestration/building regulations
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Experience managing installers and subcontractors
• Valid CSCS, SSSTS, or SMSTS card

Main Responsibilities:

• Liaise with contractors and site managers
• Organise and manage labor
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor site progress and conduct inspections
• Manage employees and subcontractors
• Attend client meetings and supervise deliveries
• Conduct project planning and order materials
• Complete snagging lists and site reports
• Ensure quality checks and track costs

Additional Info:

• Hybrid Role: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH
