Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive – Legal 500 Firm – Buckinghamshire

We are currently recruiting for a Legal 500 firm based in Buckinghamshire, seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor / Legal Executive to handle a varied caseload of high-quality residential property matters, working within a reputable firm

You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of residential property transactions, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Lease extensions

• Shared ownership and new build transactions

• Land registry applications and title reviews

The firm has a strong client base so much of the work you will be handling will be high net worth and complex

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion

• Providing expert advice on all aspects of residential property transactions

• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions, adhering to client deadlines

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Assisting in the development of the department through client referrals and business development

Requirements:

• A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with ideally 2+ years’ PQE in residential property (all experience levels considered)

• Experienced in managing a full caseload of residential property matters independently

• Client-focused, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail

• Capable of working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines

• Able to demonstrate strong business development skills and a proactive approach
