First People Solutions is recruiting for a leading civil engineering contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team in the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile projects in concrete and structural works.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily site operations, ensuring timely and budget-friendly project completion.
2. Lead and supervise teams, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Collaborate with project managers on progress, budgets, and reporting.
4. Maintain strong client relationships and accurate site documentation.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a Site Manager in civil engineering or construction.
2. SMSTS/SSSTS certification and a valid UK driving license.
3. Strong knowledge of concrete civils or structural works is preferred.
