Mechanical / Electrical Site Manager
Site-based manager with electrical or mechanical experience working on an apartment installation in Newcastle.
- Attend site planning and coordination meetings with the main contractor.
- Supervise and coordinate with M&E site teams and subcontractors.
- Plan and organise work in line with programme dates.
- Complete project reports.
- Monitor costs and labour allocation.
- Maintain Health and Safety systems.
