Job Overview

As a Multiskilled Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment. Whether you have a mechanical or electrical bias, or are a multi-skilled engineer, we welcome applicants with strong hands-on experience in FMCG or manufacturing environments.

You will be responsible for preventative and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across a range of machinery, with a particular focus on pneumatic systems. This is a 4 on 4 off shift role covering both days and nights.

Skills and Qualifications

Mechanical or Electrical Bias: We are open to candidates with either a mechanical or electrical background but must be multiskilled with proven experience.Experience: Proven experience in hands-on maintenance within an FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial setting, with a strong focus on pneumatic systems.Engineering Qualification: Recognized qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) such as HND, HNC, City & Guilds, or equivalent.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for mechanical or electrical breakdowns.Pneumatics Expertise: Solid experience maintaining and troubleshooting pneumatic systems.Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work as part of a growing maintenance team.Key Responsibilities
